Couscous Fridays

Couscous, or soucsou, as the moroccans call it, is typically served on Fridays. Friday is the Sunday of the muslim world-- the holy day, so after a morning at the mosque, the family traditionally gathers over a platter of soucsou. It will usually be the plats du jour at most restaurants.

I take no exception to that rule.
